"It is humbling to be a member of this organization.  Every day I am reminded of what a great decision I made when I joined Ohio Lambda at Kent State.  It has been the best decision I have ever made.  I met my wife while working for GHQ and my current career can be traced to connections I made as a result of my membership in Phi Delt.  I am lucky to have been a part of a great group of men at Kent who believed in the power of the Bond and how it can create a set of standards in men’s lives to make them better.  We had plenty of fun at Kent but the cornerstone of our success as a chapter was a deep and unwavering commitment to each other.  That commitment enabled all the other fun and success we had.  That’s why I volunteer for Phi Delt.  I want every wide-eyed young man who signs the Bond to have the type of life-enriching experience I did.  As a result, my time as a General Council member is always focused on how our undergraduates can make the most out of their time on campus and how as alumni we all can continue to live up to the promises we made when we signed the Bond.  I am deeply honored to be a member of the General Council.  This Fraternity has given more to me than I will ever be able to give back, but I’ll never stop trying."

fabritius_family_contact.jpgA Piece of Advice for Phi Delts - To my undergraduate brothers, two things:  #1: Have fun!  If you’re not having fun being in this Fraternity identify why and change it.  #2: Use the Fraternity, our Ritual and our Founders’ challenge from The Bond to be better than ordinary; to be the best person you possibly can be.  That’s our challenge as Phi Delts.  Go get it!
