University of Chicago Phis Finish Strong at the UAA Swimming and Diving Championships |
 Five members of the Illinois Beta Chapter at The University of Chicago recently competed in the University Athletic Association's Swimming and Diving Championships held at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Nicolas Santoro, Robert Vanneste, Erik Widestrom, Charles Du, and Kevin Chen helped the Men's team to a second place finish, the best in the program's history. Santoro was also part of team's school record and All-UAA Performance 400 yard freestyle relay. The championship marked the end of the season for the team and the last ever competition for seniors Santoro, Vanneste, and Widestrom.
