Phi Delta Theta Announces 2011-2012 Leadership Consultant Award Winners |

Each year Phi Delta Theta's Leadership Consultants are honored with awards selected by their peers and supervisors and are given out based on an overall score in their year-end performance review.
This year's winners included outgoing chapter services leadership consultant David Wyble, Missouri Eta '09 who was honored with three awards: The Robert J. Miller Outstanding Consultant Award awarded annually to the Leadership Consultant who has shown exemplary proficiency in all areas of consulting while personifying the mission of the Leadership Consultant Program, the Robert A. Biggs Award given annually to the Leadership Consultant that maintains professional demeanor at all times, while exemplifying the three cardinal principles of the Fraternity, and the Arthur R. Priest Chapter Services Consultant Award after receiving the highest overall year-end score by a chapter services consultant on his performance review.
Bob Wolfley, Indiana Lambda '10 received the Founding Fathers Expansion Consultant Award given annually to the highest performance review score by an expansion consultant. Alex Carrick, Michigan '10 received the Steven J. Good Initiative Award given annually to the Leadership Consultant that has gone above and beyond his job description to make a lasting impact on the Leadership Consultant program and/or the overall organization. Alex received this award for his contributions to the educational aspects of the expansion program. Andrew Cole, Hanover '11 received the very special GHQ Ladies Award voted on exclusively by the women of GHQ. It is given to the consultant that is recognized by the women of the General Headquarters staff for being helpful, friendly and professional.
