Tennessee Zeta (Belmont) Wins Stan Brown Trophy for Most Outstanding One-Day Service Project

belmont.jpgThe Stan Brown Trophy is presented to the chapter judged to have the most outstanding one-day or individual community service project.  This award was presented to the Fraternity in 1986 by Stanley D. Brown, who established Phi Delta Theta's community service program in 1956.

Winner: Tennessee Zeta - Belmont University

The brothers of Tennessee Zeta organized a Halloween celebration within an area that had not seen one for over 15 years. The chapter helped children make Halloween costumes, set up multiple activity stations around Rose Park and had over 400 community residents attend the celebration. The event received excellent reviews from the community and is planned to be held annually.
