  1. The preferred method to register for the convention is online.

  2. Please review the information in each section before you register to determine the proper registration classification. Your registration classification is important in determining which fees may, or may not, apply to you.

  3. To register by phone, contact Laurie Rosenberger at General Headquarters by calling (513) 523-6345, ext. 228.

  4. You may use MasterCard or VISA to pay for your registration fee, and the fees for any family members (if applicable) online or by phone.

  5. You may also pay registration fees by check made payable to Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, if registering by mail.

Important Registration Policies

  • Undergraduate Chapter (Voting) Delegates – Please Note:  The deadline for your chapter registration is May 1!

  • Hotel reservations and travel arrangements, including air reservations, are the responsibility of individual participants, including delegates.

  • Registration/meal fees do not cover any portion of hotel room costs.

  • Registration fees do not cover any portion of meals which are not part of the official convention program.

  • All applicable fees are due by April 30.

  • Cancellations received after June 1, 2012 are non-refundable.
