Alberta Alpha (Alberta) Wins Third Consecutive Philanthropy Event |
 For the third consecutive year, Phi Delta Theta won the University of Alberta “Alpha Gam Man” competition hosted by the Delta Kappa Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta. Alpha Gam Man is an annual charity pageant that raises money for the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation. Brother Connor Part won this year’s competition, as Alberta Alpha raised roughly $450 for juvenile diabetes awareness causes and various leadership initiatives for women. In what was a successful and entertaining event, the Alpha Gamma Delta chapter raised more than $1,500 from the event. Delta Kappa President Teresa Lin stated, “Phi Delt participation sets the bar high for other contestants every year and is definitely one of the reasons we were able to raise so much money.”
