Call toll-free 1-800-228-9290 to make your room reservation at the Crystal Gateway Marriott.  You must identify yourself as participating in the Phi Delta Theta Convention to receive the convention room rate.

The daily room rate for Phi Delta Theta Convention attendees at the Marriott is $135 plus tax for single, double, or triple occupancy, during the week of the convention.  Phi Delta Theta’s Convention rate will be honored three days prior and two days after the dates of the convention, based upon availability.

All attendees, including delegates, are responsible for making their own room reservations at the Crystal Gateway Marriott.  Phi Delta Theta Headquarters will not make your room reservation for you, even though you have registered with us for the convention.

The deadline for making your hotel room reservation is June 11, 2012.  Early reservations are encouraged as the hotel will be sold out.

If You Need a Roommate

Whether you are an alumnus or an undergraduate, and you are attending the convention alone, and would like to reduce your expenses by sharing a room, please indicate on your convention registration that you need a roommate.  Please include your email address and phone number.  We will assist you in matching up with another attendee(s).
