Title: Academic Success
Time: 1 hour
Description: How can you make higher grades in less time? By
being smart about how (and when) you study. This is also how an entire
chapter can make higher grades in less time. In addition to reviewing
more traditional means to improve grades (study tables, test files,
tutoring), this webinar tries to take academic success to a higher
level—by suggesting (1) that we think about how we study before
investing hundreds and thousands of hours to study each year and (2)
that we pass along those study skills to our Phikeias each year as part
of our Phikeia program. Sound learning is always a top priority at Phi
Delta Theta. But it has never been more important than now when
economic hard times require each of us to perform at our very best.

Title: Coaching Millennials
Description: The Millennial Generation is a topic that has been discussed everywhere from 60 minutes
to January's Chapter Advisory Board Summit in St. Louis. There is no
question that students today learn, are motivated, and interact with
one another much differently than any previous generation. As it
pertains to Phi Delta Theta, we must ask how does being a member of our
organization fit into the priorities of a Millennial, and how can we as
advisers interact with them to make sure they are meeting their full
potential, making our chapters successful, all while having a great Phi
Delt experience? The purpose of this webinar is to help advisers learn
more about the Millennial Generation so that they can better "coach"
the young leaders of today's Phi Delt chapters.
