Registration and fees:

A Chapter representative may register all attending members via their myPhiDeltaTheta dashboard by using the ‘Register Myself and/or Others’ button once you click on the appropriate conference. In addition, each individual is able to register for the Recruitment Workshop they plan to attend. We recommend chapters attend the workshop that is geographically closest to them. Chapters not currently meeting minimum recruitment standards are highly encouraged to capitalize on this great opportunity.

Each chapter can register up to ten (10) members for FREE! Chapters may bring additional men, but will be billed $50 for each additional member beyond the allotted 10. There is no charge for alumni volunteers to attend.

Each undergraduate who registers for a workshop and does not attend will be assessed a $50 'no-show' fee that will be billed to their Chapter.

Travel:

Chapters and alumni volunteers are responsible for their own travel arrangements and fees including overnight stays. Workshop participants will receive a complimentary continental breakfast and lunch on site. All other meals and arrangements will be on your own.

Alumni Volunteer Participation:

This year, we are proud to offer Chapter Advisory Board member training in conjunction with the Recruitment Workshops. While there is no fee for alumni volunteers, CAB Summit registration is required, and travel expenses are on your own. For more information, please see the CAB Summit information page.
