It is the expectation of the Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute Planning Committee and the General Council that all participants at the Institute refrain from the use of alcohol and drugs during the entire program. Any brother not adhering to this policy will be asked to leave and the chapter will be fined $1,000. 

All participants should come prepared to learn, have fun, and take their Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute experience back to their chapter.
