We advise you to read all of the information in this section before completing the online registration form through your myPhiDeltaTheta dashboard.
Every chapter may register three official undergraduate delegates: all young emerging leaders that should be rising Sophomores or Juniors. The cost of this program for three delegates is free. Additional delegates may pay the $350 registration fee to attend. Delegates from you chapter are responsible for their travel costs. For those chapters with Whole Man Scholarships through the Phi Delta Theta Foundation, Whole Man Scholarship recipients do not count against your three delegates. For example, if you have a Whole Man Scholarship for your chapter, you may send four delegates to Kleberg at no charge.
Register Through myPhiDeltaTheta
A chapter representative may register all attending members via their myPhiDeltaTheta dashboard by using the ‘Register Myself and/or Others’ button once you click on the registration for Kleberg. In addition, each individual is able to register for the Kleberg.

Due Dates and Fees
To qualify for GHQ points, each chapter must register by May 1. Registrations after May 15 until June 30 will be assessed a $25 late registration fee. Any registrations received on or after July 1 will be assessed a $50 late registration fee.
Delegate Change Fee
If there is a delegate change after June 30, there will be a $50 per delegate change fee.
If you find that your chapter's official delegate(s) can no longer attend, please notify us via e-mail. You may register their replacements online prior to June 30. After June 30, contact Renée Crist immediately if there are changes.
If you are traveling by air, you will be asked to enter your travel plans during the registration process.
If you do not know your travel plans, you may complete your registration but we ask that you return to your registration form through myPhiDeltaTheta to give us your travel information when you have made reservations.
Individuals serving on the Kleberg Faculty should register online through their myPhiDeltaTheta dashboard. E-mail Renée Crist with questions or for further information.
Once you have completed the registration process you will receive confirmation and further instructions via e-mail leading up to the Institute.
