The recently founded California Pi Chapter at San Diego State University came home from their first Greek Awards Banquet without empty hands.  The Chapter was awarded the University Involvement Award. The Chapter was recognized for its contributions to the university through its members outside campus involvement.  California Pi required every member join an outside organization, increasing its Chapter’s involvement in non-Greek organizations to show that being involved on campus is a priority.
