Questions for the Risk Management Chairman

The following is a list of questions specifically for the Risk Management Chairman. After watching the “Don’t Play Doctor” video, the Risk Management Chairman should reflect on these questions and contact General Headquarters if he has any questions.

1. When was the last time the chapter discussed its risk management plan? (signing the risk management affidavit does not count as a discussion)
2. Do you have a written risk management and crisis management plan?
3. Do you have a list of important contact numbers in case a crisis does occur? (ie. Greek Advisor, GHQ, Emergency Services, etc.)
4. Do you know the protocol for responding to the media should a crisis occur?
