Maryland Beta (McDaniel) Phis Take a Plunge for Special Olympics
On January 30th seven Phis at the Maryland Beta Chapter, McDaniel College, participated in the Maryland State Police Polar Bear Plunge benefiting the Special Olympics at Sandy Point State Park. The chapter raised and donated $1,649 for the cause. They drove out on Saturday morning with the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority and plunged into the blistering cold Chesapeake Bay.
