Creating a Recruitment Culture Within Phi Delta Theta

In an effort to increase the opportunities for members and alumni volunteers to receive high quality recruitment education and training, Phi Delta Theta offers five regional Recruitment Workshops throughout the year. Phi Delta Theta partners with Phired Up Productions to offer both Social Excellence Training as well as Dynamic Recruitment Training.

Schedule of Events

For all workshop locations, check-in and breakfast begins at 9:00am. The program starts promptly at 10:00am and ends no later than 4:30pm. To see an example workshop schedule, visit this link. The specific schedule for your workshop will be emailed to you the week of the event.

February 4  – Bloomington, Indiana
Hosted by the Brothers of Indiana Alpha
Registration Deadline: January 27 (5pm EST)

February 25 – Charlotte, North Carolina
Hosted by the Brothers of North Carolina Epsilon
Registration Deadline: February 17 (5pm EST)

April 1 – Ames, Iowa
Hosted by the Brothers of Iowa Gamma
Registration Deadline: March 24 (5pm EST)

Registration and fees:

Register through your myPhiDeltaTheta dashboard. Each chapter may send 8 delegates for FREE! If you’d like to send more than 8 delegates, there will be an Extra Delegate Fee of $50 per person. We recommend chapters attend the workshop that is geographically closest to them. Chapters not currently meeting minimum recruitment standards are highly encouraged to capitalize on this great opportunity.

Chapters may make substitutions before the registration deadlines for each workshop location. However, chapters will be assessed a $50 no-show fee for each delegate that registers and does not attend the workshop.

Want to register everyone at once?

A chapter representative may register all attending members via their myPhiDeltaTheta dashboard by using the ‘Register Myself and/or Others’ button once the appropriate conference is selected. In addition, each individual is able to register for the Recruitment Workshop they plan to attend.


Chapters and alumni volunteers are responsible for their own travel arrangements and fees including overnight stays. Workshop participants receive a complimentary continental breakfast and lunch on site. All other meals and arrangements are on your own.


Business casual clothing (khakis, polo-style shirts) is acceptable for the Recruitment Workshops.
