Phi Delta Theta Foundation Announces the Largest Gift in Phi Delt History

The Phi Delta Theta Foundation recently received the largest gift in the organization’s history from Maurice, Dickinson ’30 and Dorothea Shaffer. The gift was first announced at the General Officers Conference on February 2, 2013 in San Diego, California.

The generosity of the Shaffers will fund at least 25 Whole Man Scholarships, bringing that total to 50, and it will help our youngest members become the greatest version of themselves for many years to come.

Thank you, Maurice and Dorothea. You have exemplified the Fraternity motto, “We enjoy life by the help and society of others.”
