At Yahoo!, Mr. Costello worked with the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team to help develop many of the strategies that are driving Yahoo’s growth today, including improved direct marketing capabilities and the development of new product and services for advertisers and broadband providers. He served as the President of Consumer & Retail at Solidus Networks, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zounds, Inc. since August 2007. He served as the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at Dunkin’ Donuts Incorporated. He served as an Executive Vice President of Marketing at The Home Depot, Inc. from November 2011 to August 19, 2005 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Merchandising August 4, 2003 to August 19, 2005. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer at The Home Depot, Inc. since November 2002. He also served as the President at AutoNation from December 1998 to August 1999. Mr. Costello served as a Senior Executive Vice President at Sears from April 1993 to December 1998, and revitalized Sears with a new marketing campaign and increased the focus on the Sears brand, including the launch of Sears.com. Prior thereto, he led a major restructuring of Nielsen’s product line as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Nielsen Marketing Research, USA. Mr. Costello began his career at Proctor & Gamble where he held a number of senior marketing and brand management positions and also served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Pepsi Cola, USA. He serves as the Chairman Emeritus at The Advertising Council, Inc. Mr. Costello has been a Director at Aspen Marketing Services, Inc. since September 1, 2006.
