The Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute is the flagship leadership development program of Phi Delta Theta. It’s where the call to lead is ignited and the skills to make it happen are taught. Where brothers from across Phi Delt Nation come together and see for the first time the full vision of Phi Delta Theta. It’s an unforgettable experience. And your chapter benefits by having as many members present as possible.

That’s where you come in.

Statistically, chapters that have sent the most delegates to Kleberg perform better and keep their members safer. The Fraternity pays for four delegates per chapter at this premier leadership event. Designated funds raised by chapter alumni through this campaign will help fund the educational experience of additional delegates (at $750 per man to offset educational expenses incurred). All gifts are 100% tax deductible.

A Conference For Emerging Phi Delt Leaders

Your chapter becomes stronger when more brothers attend the Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute. It’s that simple. Between now and April 30, 2018 you can make sure more brothers from your chapter attend this summer’s Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute by making a gift to this campaign. All dollars raised from you and your chapter brothers will go directly to your chapter’s participation at Kleberg this July. The more dollars given by your chapter, the more undergraduates from your chapter can attend. The more brothers who attend, the more prepared each brother will be to lead his chapter in all ways.

A Flagship Leadership Development Experience

The Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute is the flagship leadership development experience of Phi Delta Theta. Hands down. It’s four days of:
  • meeting brothers from across North America
  • hearing world-class speakers share how to be successful, professionally and personally
  • learning how to be an effective Phikeia educator
  • skills-building in bystander intervention
  • realizing that Phi Delta Theta is an international fraternity with 261,000 initiates, 175,000 living alumni in over 100 countries.
