Andrew Cole joined the General Headquarters staff as a leadership consultant in June 2011 after graduating from Hanover College where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science with a minor in geology. He was also a business scholar in the Business Scholars Program at Hanover College. Andrew joined the Foundation staff in May 2013, and since that time, he has worked in major gifts and planned giving traveling the country visiting with Phis and their families building support for capital campaigns.
Andrew is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Greater Cincinnati Chapter and is a board member of the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council (GCPGC). He earned his Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification in 2019.
During his time at Indiana Epsilon, Brother Cole was a two-term chapter president, served as awards chairman and served on IFC. Outside the chapter, he founded the Hanover College Pep Band and was also a member of the concert and jazz bands. Andrew has served as a chapter volunteer for the Fraternity and is an Iron Phi. He is also a member of The Society of the Cincinnati, McMakin Lodge 120 F&AM, and The Episcopal Church of the Redeemer. Andrew enjoys working on his house, gardening, and the great outdoors; especially any national park. He lives in his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio in the Oakley neighborhood with his wife Maria (Alpha Chi Omega) and their wheaten terrier Dolly.
