Why did you decide to work for Phi Delta Theta?
I chose to work for Phi Delta Theta because as a founding member of my chapter, I felt like Phi Delt gave me great leadership, communication, and networking opportunities. I knew from the very beginning that I wanted to be an expansion consultant so I could share with more undergrads about a once in a lifetime, life changing experience. This Fraternity became a passion of mine and to me passion is contagious. I wanted to be able to help facilitate the change that some college campuses need in their community, by recruiting the change-makers out there. I had a great fraternity experience as an undergrad, and I just want to give back to an organization that gave such much to me.
