What advice would you give to young Phis?

Like everything in life, what you will get out of this organization is directly proportionate to what you put into it. Don’t hesitate to throw yourself head first into chapter operations, you’ll be amazed at what a rewarding experience it is not just for you, but for your Chapter Brothers who you will positively impact.
