As Database and Events Coordinator, Renée is tasked with providing support and leadership to related strategies in regard to events of Phi Delta Theta, outlined in its strategic plan, Phi Delt 2020, that require the integration of events and the Fraternity’s database. Her role is to ensure every attendee of a Phi Delta Theta conference has both an impactful and meaningful experience.

For many years, Renée provided support to the Chapter Services division at GHQ, but has recently begun her new role as coordinator all Phi Delt events, while overseeing the Fraternity’s database. The events include the Presidents Leadership Conference, House Corporation Summit, Recruitment Workshops, Chapter Advisory Board Summits, General Officers Conference, Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute and General Convention. Renée has worked for Phi Delta Theta since 1988. A life-long resident of Liberty, Indiana, she has two sons Dalton & Dakota. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with husband, Kevin, on their motorcycle, gardening and spending time with her family. In 2014, Renee became the first female to become an Iron Phi at the Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute.

Phi Delta Theta has been a great place to work for the past 25 years due to the family atmosphere. This is not only present with the staff but also with the alumni and undergraduates that I have worked with over the years.
