Phi Delta Theta chapters will be returning to campus facing great uncertainty due to COVID-19. In order to provide direct financial relief, to create momentum around recruitment, and to eliminate financial barriers to new members, Phi Delta Theta encourages its members and friends to consider sponsoring a new member from a chapter of choice.
All transactions are non-tax deductible and are used to directly offset new member and initiation dues that are billed to a chapter.
On the map below, click on any of the stars (that represent Phi Delta Theta chapters, colonies, and fall expansion projects) to see who has graciously provided financial support by sponsoring a new member.
Since COVID-19 hit, the Phi Delta Theta network has come to life in helping our graduating seniors, Phi Delt small business owners, Phi Delt restaurant owners, and ALS families. We now want to provide an opportunity to assist our chapters and their new members directly.
We expect chapter budgets will be strained this fall. We want to help provide relief to our chapters and future Phis.
Most chapters do not have structures in place to effectively reach out to their alumni base for help. We want to assist them in doing so.
The recruitment of new members will be more vital than ever this fall, and we hope this initiative will keep recruitment front-of-mind for chapters.
We know that many families are feeling a strain financially. Offering assistance to our chapters in the form of new member/initiate fees allows chapters to pass along savings to their newest members where needed.
We encourage members and friends of Phi Delta Theta to help us spread the word about this initiative. Whether it’s emailing your chapter brothers, parents, or other Phi Delt supporters, or sharing the initiative on your chapter’s or personal social media networks, it all helps!
Thank you for your consideration of sponsoring a Phi Delt new member during this unique time. Your support will relieve financial pressures and uncertainties at the chapter level.
All transactions are non-tax deductible and are used to directly offset new member and initiation fees that are billed to a chapter.
Financially sponsoring a new member through this initiative is not a donation to the Phi Delta Theta Foundation.
